The EV Charging Rebate reduces the cost of installing up to ten level 2 EV charging ports at your place of business.

How to Qualify

Projects must be preapproved before equipment is purchased or installed to qualify for the rebate. We cannot issue rebates for existing charging ports. Read full terms and conditions.

Additional qualifications

  • Your location must have at least two company electric vehicles supporting business operations.
  • All charging equipment must be selected from approved list.

Getting started

Get started by contacting our EV Advisor Team. An Evergy representative will discuss your options and walk you through the process of installing fleet chargers and applying for the rebate.

  1. Use the interest form to connect with our EV team.
  2. Fill out an application and get your project preapproved.
  3. Note that equipment must be selected from an approved list.
  4. After charging ports are installed and in service, submit final documents. Once approved, we'll send you a check.
