Because we personalize information to your location, we'll send you to the right spot on the website (based on your account location) when you click to report an outage or view the outage map. When it comes to the outage map, there are two available. As a result, we want to be transparent and help avoid confusion by explaining customers go to a different outage map based on their previous company.
