Connect is now open with a customized, extensive plan to offer a safe environment for in-person services. What you'll need to do...

To provide you with in-person options, our specialists can assist with your home or business account and help you explore options that suit your lifestyle. We offer services like... account support, energy-efficiency demonstrations, smart transportation information, children's learning and self-service kiosks.

Walk-in appointment hours

Monday-Friday: 10 am-3 pm

Virtual appointment hours

Monday-Friday: 9 am-4 pm

  • Masks required for all (employees and customers) when inside Connect
  • Customer areas are newly designed to optimize safety
  • Cleaning supplies available at your disposal to clean off areas, if it makes you feel more comfortable
  • Glass dividers separate employees and customers for health safety
  • Specialists will wear gloves and change them after each customer interaction

Connect is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas Day.
