Who Qualifies for Home Efficiency Financing?

Home Efficiency Financing is available to eligible Kansas customers who meet program requirements.

Automatic Eligibility: Customers who live in designated census blocks with qualifying income levels may automatically qualify.

Self-Attestation Option: Customers outside designated qualifying areas may still be eligible by confirming that they meet program income requirements.
