If you have two bills due this month, we apologize for the confusion. We pushed your January due date back while our system was undergoing maintenance. This means you're seeing your January and February bills. To help you manage the new due dates, we encourage you to explore our payment plan options.

We conducted scheduled maintenance and upgrades to our customer-account system. As a result:

  • Some online features are unavailable from January 13-18, including online outage reporting, account-related processes and changes to communications preferences
  • We have alternate ways to reach us during this time
  • We're waiving late fees, along with suspending disconnections and collection activity until March 1
  • You may need to take specific account-related actions (shared below)
