At Connect, we understand that everyone’s energy needs are different. That’s why we take a personalized approach to customer service and energy assistance.
Our in-person team of customer care specialists provide one-on-one support in a variety of areas, including understanding your bill and payment assistance, along with ways to save energy, electric vehicle demonstrations and more!

If you are unable to come into Connect, we offer virtual appointments for customers who would prefer to meet over Zoom. Call (816) 414-5400 or email evergyconnect@evergy.com to request an appointment and we’ll work with you to find a time that’s best.

*Evergy Connect locations are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas Day.
